In the month of October 116 patients submitted a family and friends survey result after having contact with the surgery.
The results are as below:
- 73 patients (62.93%) said that their experience of the surgery was VERY GOOD
- 32 patients (27.59%) said their experience of the surgery was GOOD
- 4 patients (3.45%) said their experience of the surgery was NEITHER GOOD NOR POOR
- 4 patients (3.45%) said their experience of the surgery was POOR
- 3 patients (2.59%) said their experience of the surgery was VERY POOR
Overall 90.52% said that their overall experience of the surgery throughout October was VERY GOOD or GOOD
